今年四月新開幕的「Born to eat 本質煮藝」,位於台北大安區,位於國父紀念館站與信義安和站中間、美食聚落延吉街附近,整體裝潢風格溫暖舒適,室外室內的都營造出露營風,每個角落都能感受到滿滿用心,用餐體驗相當Chill✨
店名代表飲食不只華麗的擺盤、精心設計的空間,最重要的是食物的本質,享受最純粹的體驗,很喜歡這個品牌理念,主廚賦予每道餐點靈魂與生命,在這裡能享受最放鬆的用餐體驗
餐點選擇很多,早午餐、排餐、義大利麵/飯、開胃小點沙拉、甜點、飲品通通都有,不限時段、全日提供~是很適合聚餐的一間店!

是葡萄牙的經典菜色,底層鹹香肉醬,放上牛肉三明治與薯條,中間還有一顆水波蛋增添濕潤、濃郁度,整體口味較重,建議多人分食!

必點‼️表面會先用鐵板雙面煎至半熟,再送進烤箱控溫爐烤,很貼心會斜切成好入口的大小,是我吃過最嫩的戰斧豬排!沾一旁的酸豆辣醬也很對味

他們家清炒義大利麵我大推!蒜香緊緊依附在細扁麵上,麵體口感適中,不會過軟或過硬,鴨胸大塊又軟嫩,配料還有許多菇類,整份吃起來相當滿足!

是口味較清爽的青醬,沒有加鮮奶油,蔬食風味較為明顯,口感是粒粒分明的那種燉飯~

這個很特別,第一次看到這種形式的舒芙蕾,店家說是全蛋白製作,上層有焦糖微脆口感,第一口單吃蛋香與蓬鬆的糕體爆擊口中,第二口搭配店家自製的香草醬,蛋奶香十足,最後加入百香果一起享用,又是另一種不同層次!
